Delivery
Darlin Imports NZ deliver your order via Fastways Couriers at an additional cost. The rate charged will depend on size of order and location of delivery. Darlin Imports NZ offers free delivery for orders of $300.00+GST nationwide.

Packaging / Damage 
All items are packed to ensure that you will receive your order safely and in fantastic condition. We are happy to replace any item that is damaged during transit provided that you have opened the package on arrival, noted this on the paperwork from the courier and immediately advised us. All items carry a manufacturers warranty against defects, however, please note: that the grain and shape of an item will vary as the products are made from a natural wood - Acacia Wood.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change and all items exclude GST and freight. Price lists will only be distributed to registered New Zealand Businesses. For customers in New Zealand a 12,5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) applies.

Payment
We accept the Visa & Mastercard Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Direct Bank Transfers (EFT) or cheques. All orders on credit are subject to a Darlin Imports NZ credit application being completed and credit approval confirmed. The terms of payment are for full payment no later than the 20th of the month following of invoice(s) of purchase(s).

Returns / Refunds
All our products are of the highest quality and carefully inspected before shipping. Refunds are not available if you change your mind. Please choose carefully when you purchase. Darlin Imports NZ will gladly exchange/credit the goods if they are faulty. The goods must be returned to Darlin Imports NZ at the expense of the customer and replacement goods will be re-supplied at no cost.
